Navy and white turban hat with no brim. The hat has a broad band of navy velvet running from front to back, and narrow bands of velvet at intervals at each side forming an inverted chevron effect. In between the velvet bands are narrow folded pleats of white chiffon covering the whole surface. In the centre of the hat a ring of navy velvet contains a bunch of fabric tubes made of the velvet and chiffon which are knotted at the ends. These hang loosely down the back of the hat. Inside, the hat, is lined with ivory acetate over a stiff net shape. DIMENSIONS: H: 120mm, Diam: 220mm
